If your items are damaged or broken please email sales@beaugrimebaby. Send us a photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement.

If your item is not damaged, we don't accept returns due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds on any of our scrubs or body sprays. We also do not accept returns on sale items or while sale is running. Recipient must pay to ship unopened soaps/bath bombs back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.

Are our products safe?

All of our products are 100% body safe and most of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. 

What are the jewelry pieces made from? 

A lot of our jewelry is made from tarnish free brass materials, stainless steel and tarnish free aluminum. If you are allergic to any of these please email us or contact us to inform you which items don't contain these components. 

Our jewelry pieces are also made from laser cut acrylic, glass / metal / plastic & acrylic beads. 

What is the clothes made from? 

Our clothes are made with high quality sport wear material. We have cotton and spandex mix components with a perfect stretch and easy to wash. 

We also use non toxic screen print ink and anti tarnish metal pieces and charms. 

How can I track my order?

We currently have a 3-5 business day turnaround time in our facility stated at the top of our home page. That means it is going to take from 3-5 business days to ready your order in our facility before it ships. Once your order is packaged and labelled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. This tracking number does take a day or two to update. Shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days depending on your chosen shipping option. Orders take up to 8 business days to ship, but you should receive them within 3-5 business days. 

As long as your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it. E-mail us at sales@beaugrimebaby.com and we are happy to process your cancellation. 

Are there any free items included with an order?

Stickers are included with every order purchased as well as some candy, if the weather is too hot we will only include stickers or promotional mystery gifts. You will still get our business card with a discount code on the back and our social media's. 

Shopify keeps your payment information secure and is not shared with anyone.  Shopify Shops never receive personal credit card information.
